Bergen's Mountain Green, commercial-friendly glaze represents the beautiful, grassy peaks that surround the city and the both the Sognefjord and Hardangerfjord fjords - which are considered to be one of the most beautiful and natural marvels of the world.
Made from a durable, non-porous vitrified ceramic, this 22 cm (8.6 ") serving plate is stain, odour and scratch-resistant. The smooth and glossy glaze is also impervious to water absorption in hot commercial dishwashers up to 70°C for a minimum of 300 cycles.
Plus, it's oven, microwave and freezer safe. Perfect for amplifying the natural colour of fresh ingredients, the light green backdrop compliments yellows, reds and purples.
