Made of aluminized steel, it has a non-stick coating that ensures foods stay together once removed. It has a quick-release clasp so the base can be removed with ease, allowing for easy clean-up. This large pan has a 1.75L (3 pints, 60fl oz) capacity.
It's compatible with both 5.6L and 7.5L Instant Pot™ pressure cookers and traditional ovens. It's also heat resistant to 232°C (450°F). The use of metal utensils and scourers should be avoided to ensure no damage is done to the pan. It can be matched with other official Instant Pot™ accessories.
